The delivery of high-quality treated water to the population is one of the main priorities for urban development and public health assurance. ETA Melvi, a project developed by Sabesp, involves an investment of approximately BRL 150 million and is being built in a modular format to expand the capacity for treating water sourced from different points across the region. Scheduled for completion in 2027, the plant will have the capacity to treat approximately 1,270 liters of water per second, ensuring greater stability and quality in water supply.
