Product Description

Since they are able to remove both positive (cations) and negative ions (anions) they are divided into anionic and cationic resins.

Softener: Strongly acid cation resin. Regenerated with brine.

Demineralization: Strongly acid cation resin and strongly basic anion resin. They are regenerated respectively with hydrochloric acid (HCl) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH).
